‘Alga’ is a series of watercolors, created for the exhibition ‘Nature Traces & Reflections’, hosted by Clay Ceramic Museum in 2022, Denmark

Through a method of collecting seaweed and studying it’s lines and movement, I built a technical archive of forms from which my work is built up on. Focusing on the overall composition, I imitate the swaying of the seaweed. Building in this way a terminology of form experienced through my own body, which can then form the basis for repetition in drawings.
